2. ERASMUS INCOMING STUDENTS

(GELEN ÖĞRENCİ) 

Required Documents  for Regisration as Incoming Erasmus+ Student 

A) ERASMUS STUDENT MOBILITY FOR STUDIES

The incoming should be nominated by the reponsible person of the home university to intoffice@thk.edu.tr   and required documents should be submitted to UTAA International Office:  intoffice@thk.edu.tr

Required Documents:

  1. Acceptance Letter taken from University of Turkish Aeronautical Association.
  2. Application Form- Student Mobility for Studies
  3. Learning Agreement- Student Mobility for Studies
  4. Transcript of records from Home Institution (in English )
  5. Copy of your Passport
  6. 2 passport size photos
  7. Copy of health insurance policy. (NT! The health insurance has to cover repatriation as well. The insurance has to be valid in all Schengen countries and in Turkey, and the amount of insurance must not be less than EUR 30,000.)

B)ERASMUS STUDENT MOBILITY FOR TRAINEESHIP
